Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes, absolutely. While we often refer to women over 40, it’s not about age it’s about readiness. Our work is designed for women who are seeking a meaningful, long-term, committed relationship and are ready to do the inner work to create it. If that resonates with you, you’re welcome here.
-
Yes, we do coach men.
In many cases, this happens when a couple chooses to work on their relationship together. This allows both partners to create the opportunity to:
Observe and work with real-time interactions
Build shared awareness and understanding
Support healthier communication
Co-create new ways of relating
We are open to working with men, particularly when both partners are committed to improving themselves and their relationship.
-
Yes.
We recommend starting with the 8-Week Breakthrough Program. This program is designed to help you gain clarity in your life by understanding your values, purpose, and what truly matters to you.
From there, we work together to create meaningful goals and support you in moving towards a more fulfilling and aligned life.
-
Yes, this is one of the key areas we work on.
Procrastination is often not about laziness — it is usually linked to unclear direction, internal resistance, conflicting values, or underlying beliefs that create hesitation or avoidance.
Through the coaching process, we help you:
Identify what is really driving the procrastination
Uncover and resolve internal conflicts or limiting beliefs
Gain clarity on what truly matters to you
Reconnect your goals with your values so they feel meaningful
Develop practical steps to take consistent action
As outlined in the coaching framework, the process focuses on building awareness, aligning thoughts and emotions, and supporting you to take clear action forward.
The goal is not just to “push through” procrastination, but to remove the underlying causes, so taking action feels more natural and sustainable.

This program is not designed to guarantee that you will meet someone within 8 weeks.
What it does is far more important.
It helps you gain deep clarity about yourself, your values, and the kind of relationship that truly aligns with you. You will also learn to recognise patterns that may have held you back in the past and develop the confidence to make better relationship choices.
By the end of the program, you will be in a much stronger position to:
Recognise the right partner when they come into your life
Avoid relationships that are not aligned with you
Approach dating and relationships with clarity and confidence
Many people find that when they think, feel, and choose differently, their relationship outcomes naturally begin to change.
The focus is not on rushing to find someone —
but on becoming someone who can recognise and create a healthy, fulfilling relationship when the right person appears.what you want to achieve and what success looks like for you.If at any point you find it difficult to define your goal, you will be supported with a structured worksheet and guidance to help you gain clarity before your next session. This ensures every session remains focused, intentional, and valuable.
Throughout the process, you are not left to figure things out alone. Each session is designed to help you identify what’s holding you back, gain clarity, and take aligned action.
While results ultimately depend on your commitment and willingness to engage in the process, the program is structured to ensure you are consistently supported, guided, and moving forward.
-
Coaching is a collaborative process, and your results depend on your willingness to engage in it.
During the discovery session, we take the time to ensure you are ready to approach coaching with the right mindset — open, willing, and committed to change. If it becomes clear that coaching may not be the right fit for you at this stage, we will be honest with you about it.
Because the discovery session is complimentary, you won’t be signing up for something you’re not ready for.
Even the most effective coaching cannot create results if someone is not ready to participate or take ownership of the process.
However, coaching works incredibly well for those who are motivated to achieve their goals and are open to exploring new perspectives, taking action, and making changes.
If you are willing to engage in the process, you will be fully supported every step of the way to create meaningful progress and lasting results.
-
Absolutely.
Your understanding is important. Throughout the coaching, you will always have the opportunity to ask questions. Before we move into each process, we explain the technique we are using and check in with you to ensure you feel comfortable and clear before we begin.
-
At this stage, we do not offer one-off or casual sessions.
Meaningful and lasting results take time, structure, and consistency. From our experience, the minimum timeframe to see real change is 8 weeks, which is why this is the shortest program we offer.
The program is designed as a complete journey — allowing you to build clarity, work through underlying patterns, and create sustainable progress, rather than just addressing things at a surface level.
If you’re looking for real, lasting change rather than a quick fix, the 8-week program provides the support and structure needed to achieve that.
-
For the 8-week program, the first two sessions are 90–120 minutes, as we focus on building clarity and a strong foundation. From the third session onwards, sessions are 60 minutes.
For the 12-month program, each session is typically 60–90 minutes, depending on what is needed for that session.
-
No. Our programs are open to anyone, regardless of gender.
While many of our clients are women, the coaching approach and frameworks are designed to support anyone who is committed to gaining clarity, creating meaningful change, and achieving their goals.
-
At this stage, we do not offer a specific couples coaching program.
From our experience, the most effective approach is for each individual to work on themselves first. Real and lasting change in a relationship often begins with personal clarity, self-awareness, and growth.
If both partners are open to it, we recommend that each person joins the 8-week Breakthrough Program individually. This allows both of you to:
Gain clarity on your own values, needs, and expectations
Work through personal patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses
Develop healthier ways of thinking, communicating, and responding
This individual work can naturally support improvement in the relationship as a whole.
If only one partner chooses to participate, the coaching can still create meaningful personal breakthroughs. However, it’s important to understand that there may be limitations in changing the relationship dynamic if the other person is not willing to engage in their own growth.
-
After your discovery session, if you decide to proceed, you will receive a formal agreement and invoice to complete your enrolment.
If you choose an instalment plan, subsequent invoices will be issued monthly as outlined in your agreement.
All payment details and schedules will be clearly communicated upfront, so you know exactly what to expect.
-
The onboarding process is simple, clear, and designed to ensure you feel confident before starting.
If you are ready to begin immediately:
We will have a short call to clarify any questions you may have. Once everything is clear and you are ready to proceed, you will receive a formal agreement and invoice to commence your program. If you are unsure and would like to explore first:
We recommend starting with a complimentary 60-minute discovery session. This session allows you to ask questions, understand the coaching process, and determine if it is the right fit for you with no obligation. If you decide to proceed after the discovery session, you will receive the agreement and invoice to begin.
-
While we cannot speak for all coaching approaches, Results Coaching is designed to go beyond just asking powerful questions.
In addition to guiding you through high-quality, thought-provoking questions, we use structured coaching techniques that help create change at a deeper level — including the unconscious patterns that often drive behaviour.
This means:
Taking action begins to feel more natural, not forced
You are not just aware of what to do, but feel more aligned to actually do it
Change is more sustainable, rather than temporary
Another key difference is that this coaching approach is designed to empower you to become your own best coach over time.
You will learn tools and techniques that you can continue to use beyond the program, supporting your personal growth, decision-making, and self-awareness long after the coaching has finished.
Because real transformation is not a one-time event, it is something that is built and strengthened over time.
-
Yes. Ask for the instalment plan when you sign up.

Payment can be made securely via credit or debit card through the invoice link. We also accept direct bank transfer if you prefer.
-
Our programs are designed for individuals, as we believe lasting change begins with personal clarity and self-awareness.
If you are in a relationship and both of you are open to growth, we recommend that each partner joins the program individually. This allows each of you to work on your own patterns, communication, and mindset, which naturally strengthens the relationship.
When only one partner joins, positive change can still happen. However, the growth of the relationship may be slower, as both individuals are not yet working with the same level of awareness, communication, and alignment. When both partners are engaged in their own development, the relationship tends to evolve more quickly and sustainably.
